This webinar is an opportunity to learn about and have your questions answered about the 301 tariff exclusion/exemption request process through the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative. Since going into effect at the beginning of July, the 301 Tariffs on imported Chinese goods have effected a wide range of the economy and a diverse group of industries. Content will be provided by Alexander Schaefer, a partner in the International Trade Group at Crowell & Moring. There will be a presentation on the exclusion/exemption process and ample time for questions.
