On June 3-4, the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine will host a workshop entitled “Evidence Integration in Chemical Assessments: Challenges Faced in Developing and Communicating Human Health Effect Conclusions” in Washington, D.C. Evidence integration is the systematic review used in human health assessments conducted by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The workshop will explore strategies for addressing challenges that the EPA encounters during evidence integration in chemical assessments.
