On May 3, Steve Caldeira, President & CEO, and staff from the Household & Commercial Products Association (HCPA) attended the 6th annual Alzheimer’s Association Brain Ball in Washington D.C.

This year’s event raised nearly $800,000 to help researchers continue their quest to find a cure for Alzheimer’s. The Association presented the lifetime achievement award to Tom Donohue, President & CEO of the Chamber of Commerce, and the Regional Honoree of the Year Award to Dave Parker, former President & CEO of the American Gas Association.

Caldeira currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for the Alzheimer’s Association’s National Capital Area Chapter and addressed the crowd about the important work the Association does for Alzheimer’s awareness and education, and its escalating cost on businesses.

HCPA is proud to support the Alzheimer’s Association and contribute to such an important cause.
