Sara Stickler
Sara Stickler serves as the Vice President, Education and Research for two of HCPA’s affiliates: Ignite Solutions and the Alliance for Consumer Education (ACE).
Stickler oversees all work for Ignite Solutions, which designs and develops required health and safety data for raw chemical manufacturers and companies that market end-use products. She works closely with members of the council to develop sound, scientific data and address various issues cost efficiently and within established deadlines.
As the Executive Director for ACE, Stickler helps to promote the responsible and beneficial use of household and institutional products to ensure a safer, healthier, and cleaner environment in homes, businesses, and the community.
Previously, Stickler taught second grade at Indian Hill Exempted Village School District in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she also coached basketball and softball. Stickler has extensive experience working in education and with educational programs through schools, non-profits and outside organizations.
Stickler earned her Master of Public Policy degree from University of Maryland, where she specialized in Social and Educational Policy and her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Psychology from Xavier University (Ohio).
