Ligia Duarte Botelho is the Senior Director, Regulatory Affairs of the Household & Commercial Products Association (HCPA). Duarte Botelho leads HCPA’s activity on all aspects of antimicrobial products, as well as multiple scientific and regulatory areas both domestically and internationally.

Before joining HCPA, Duarte Botelho was a Consortia Manager at Bergeson & Campbell, P.C.  Earlier in her career, Duarte Botelho worked as an international consultant and trade association manager. Duarte Botelho has a B.A. in International Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder, and an M.A. in Public Policy from King’s College London.
