Caine Provides Update on Ingredient Communication at the Petroleum Packaging Council Fall Meeting

The Household & Commercial Products Association’s (HCPA) Owen Caine, Executive Vice President, Government Relations & Public Policy, spoke as an invited guest at the Fall Meeting of the Petroleum Packaging Council in Salt Lake City, Utah. The event brought together a wide range of packaging manufacturers to discuss a variety of technical and regulatory issues that affect their industry. Caine spoke about upcoming ingredient communication deadlines for California and the joint HCPA/ACI legal challenge to the New York State Household Cleansing Product Information Disclosure Program. The program was invalidated by the state Supreme Court.
