Azar Attends the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) Legislative Summit in Nashville

Allyson Azar, Manager, State Government Relations & Public Policy for the West Region, attended the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) Legislative Summit in Nashville. Hosting more than 6,000 attendees from across the U.S., NCSL is the premier public policy event for state legislators and private sector public policy professionals.
At the Summit, Azar attended breakfast with female legislators from Women in Government and engaged with Maryland and Virginia legislators at each delegation’s respective “State Night.” Azar used this opportunity to strengthen relationships with state associations and allied trades, as well as discuss priority issues, including ingredient communication, green chemistry and extended producer responsibility for household hazardous waste, with dozens of legislators.
