Prior to joining HCPA, Matt was a project manager at Subject Matter, a creative advocacy agency, and worked for five years as a research director with the White House Writers Group, where he implemented strategic communications campaigns on behalf of clients in the agriculture, energy, and technology industries. Earlier in his career, Matt was a member of the policy team at the Institute for Energy Research and a research associate with the Manhattan Institute for Policy Research. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the College of William & Mary and resides in Arlington, VA.
