Executive Assistant to the President & CEO / Director of Board Administration

Leta McDowell has joined HCPA as Executive Assistant to the President & CEO Steve Caldeira and as the Director of Board Administration.  She comes to HCPA from the National Retail Federation (NRF), where she successfully oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Chief Financial Officer, Chief of Human Resources, Office of the President and CEO, and served as the liaison for the Finance Committee and Board of Directors.
