Lea Cerini is the Manager of Communications & Public Affairs, reporting to Alexandra Hayes, SVP, Communications, Board Administration & Chief of Staff to the President & CEO. She assists in monitoring media relevant to the household and commercial products industry, planning and developing social media content, and supporting internal and external communications efforts.

Lea began as a Sustainability & Product Stewardship intern at HCPA, where she supported efforts related to the Aerosol Recycling Initiative, drafting social media content, and writing and editing content for industry publications.

She holds a B.S. in Environmental Policy, Institutions, and Behavior from Rutgers University. While at Rutgers, she served as a Sustainability Ambassador for the Office of Climate Action.
