Please join us in Washington, D.C., on September 15 – September 17 for HCPA’s Annual Pesticide Regulation Workshop, featuring industry experts and speakers from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This workshop will take place at Steptoe’s offices, located at 1330 Connecticut Ave NW, Washington, DC.

This workshop, designed for both new entrants to the space and long-time practitioners, will focus on the pesticide registration process for all types of pesticide products. The final day will feature a pesticide registration practicum, where attendees will be given an incomplete registration package and will apply their learnings from the prior days to complete and submit a pesticide registration submission.

The schedule will allow attendees to ask questions of EPA representatives and instructors with ample time to collaborate with industry colleagues.

  • Two and a half days of programming and networking opportunities
  • Breakfasts and lunches
  • Reception on Tuesday evening

Hotel Information 

There is not an official room block for this event, but there are numerous hotels within walking distance of the venue. It is encouraged to book your room as soon as possible, as fall is a popular time in Washington, D.C.

Non-members - $1,000
*Members and Non-Members registered for the Pesticide Regulation Workshop are eligible for a discounted registration for the California DPR Workshop Webinar Series.
 
Individuals who register for the California DPR Workshop Webinar Series after already registering for the Pesticide Regulation Workshop will not be eligible for a refund. Please contact Meredith Mangas for the discount code.
 

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Registration cancellation requests received by September 8, 2026, will receive a full refund (minus a $100 processing fee). Substitutions for this event are welcome in place of cancellations.

Transfers to another HCPA event will not be accepted.
No refunds will be given for cancellations received after September 8, 2026.
