LCA Compliance and Opportunities

EPR regulations in Oregon require the top 25 producers to submit packaging life cycle assessments (LCAs) while offering additional awards to other producers for voluntarily submitting LCAs. This session unpacks the regulatory requirements for LCAs in Oregon, as well as addresses broader opportunities that LCAs deliver to increase packaging efficiency and capitalize on broader eco-modulation criteria across the U.S.
