HCPA 2027 VOC Webinar Series
Event Details
1:00 - 2:30 pm ET
A Practical Guide to Compliance
For more than 35 years, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) has established and enforced volatile organic compound (VOC) standards and requirements for consumer, commercial, institutional, and certain industrial products. CARB’s regulatory approach has influenced requirements adopted by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), numerous state air quality agencies, and governments around the world.
For companies that formulate, manufacture, market, distribute, or sell regulated products, understanding these requirements is essential. Failure to comply can result in significant penalties, making it critical for companies to understand how VOC regulations apply to their products and operations.
Join HCPA for a four-part webinar series to help companies navigate the evolving VOC regulatory landscape and apply that knowledge to their products and business practices. Led by HCPA experts, this practical series will provide the regulatory background, compliance considerations, and tools companies need to evaluate VOC requirements, understand their obligations, and work effectively with business partners throughout the supply chain.
Across the webinar series, programming will:
- Provide a comprehensive overview of federal, state, and international VOC regulations and their application to consumer, commercial, institutional, and industrial products.
- Explain key definitions, requirements, and compliance considerations companies need to understand when evaluating regulated products.
- Help manufacturers and marketers work effectively with distributors, retailers, and other supply chain partners to support compliance.
