On December 14, Pete Vujovich, director, state government relations and public policy, CSPA, met with Boston lawmakers to discuss legislation that would ban neonicotinoids. Vujovich joined staff of the legislative leadership as well as the chair of the House Ways and Means Committee, Chairman Jeffrey Sanchez.

Bills such as the one proposed in Boston are representative of an emerging trend in states. Neonicotinoids play an important role in protecting homes, families and pets from unwanted, disease-carrying pests. CSPA will continue these dialogues across the country to protect member company product lines.
