At IMPACT2018, the RRMC announced its name change to HCPA’s Ignite Solutions. The name and brand change is intended to better describe the services the program can provide to current and future taskforces, as well as position the program to highlight the valuable work each taskforce is doing, when appropriate. In coordination with the Household & Commercial Products Association’s brand, the new look more effectively aligns this program under the larger trade association, making it easily identifiable. The tagline, “Collaboration for research & innovation” is intended to highlight the unique aspect of consortiums – companies coming together in collaboration for shared goals. The name change is only one step in the program’s ongoing journey to increase the value proposition it provides to HCPA members. Ignite Solutions staff will also continuously work to improve its internal efficiencies to remove the sometimes onerous and burdens of research and innovation projects.
