Pest Management and Antimicrobial Divisions take Advantage of their Close Proximity to the EPA during IMPACT2018

Both the Antimicrobial and Pest Management Divisions took full advantage of their proximity to EPA regulators during IMPACT2018. The Pest Management Division Program provided an “Update on Pyrethroid Re-Registration Activities” with both EPA and industry perspectives, while the Antimicrobial Division Program featured senior staff from the EPA who provided agency staffing updates as well as in depth working sessions on the Antimicrobial Testing Protocol (ATP) and 810 Guidance documents. EPA staff also joined the group the following day to partake in the Division’s program which focused on the “Benefits of Antimicrobials.” Additionally, during the Division meetings, EPA staff updated members on a wide-range of FIFRA-related topics.
