Event Info
The American Innovation and Manufacturing (AIM) Act will phasedown the production and consumption of Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) in the U.S. over the next 15 years. As directed by the AIM Act, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recently finalized the first set of regulations to establish an allowance allocation and trading program for HFCs.
Robert Meyers, who is a Partner at Crowell & Moring and part of the firm’s Environment & Natural Resources Group, will join HCPA to host a webinar that discusses the implementation of the AIM Act and how it will impact companies and, more specifically, aerosol products.
