Navigating EPA’s Temporary Allowances and Expedited Review Pathways for Disinfectants Used against SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19)
During the pandemic, EPA and the antimicrobial industry have had to adapt to ensure that disinfectants are available for use against SARS-CoV-2. In response to supply chain challenges and overwhelming demand, EPA has developed new procedures, guidance and has provided temporary amendments to PR Notice 98-10 to meet this goal and provide the industry with expedited approval pathways for eligible disinfectants.
