Labeling Deadlines and Ongoing Ingredient Communication Issues Featured at IMPACT 2019

On May 1, the joint Federal, State & Regulatory Advisory Council program at the Household & Commercial Products Association (HCPA) Mid-Year Meeting, IMPACT 2019, will feature more than three hours of programming devoted to ingredient communication and product labeling.
The afternoon session will feature a legislative and regulatory update from Albany, NY, based lawyers Kevin Quinn, and Rob Rosborough, partners at Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP on ingredient communication and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) litigation.
With the deadlines for implementation fast approaching, the second half of the afternoon will focus on information sharing, practical lessons learned and compliance. Experts will provide be on hand to share first-hand knowledge and answer specific questions.
