How to Apply for Exclusion from Tariffs: HCPA Webinar

On August 22, HCPA will be hosting a webinar to discuss the tariff exclusion and exemption request process, as laid out by the Department of Commerce, for the Sec. 301 tariffs on Chinese imports. The webinar will feature Alexander Schaefer from Crowell & Moring, who will provide an overview of the process and answer questions from webinar participants.
