HCPA President & CEO Steve Caldeira Pens Open Letter to New York Governor Cuomo in Albany (NY) Times Union on 1,4-Dioxane

On both July 18 and 21, the Household & Commercial Products Association (HCPA) released a full-page ad in the Albany Times Union to New York Governor Andrew Cuomo expressing industry-wide concern over a well-intended, but misguided bill that would ban 1, 4-Dioxane. This bill has yet to be sent to the Governor.
