Mary Marrero (The Procter & Gamble Company), Christina Shaw Grasseschi (Scotts Miracle-Gro Company) and Joe Yost (HCPA) participated in a panel discussion on August 7; the session was moderated by W. Caffey Norman (Squire Patton Boggs). The panel members shared insights on working with retailers to understand the expectations of their chemical policies and complying with new state ingredient disclosure laws.

The panel discussion session was part of a full-day chemical regulation seminar titled, “Chemical Regulatory Developments and ‘New’ TSCA at Two Years Old and Counting,” which was presented by the Ohio Chemistry Technology Council and Squire Patton Boggs in Columbus, Ohio. The seminar also featured presentations by senior U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Ohio EPA officials, perspectives from key industry leaders and analysis by experienced Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) lawyers.
