The Household & Commercial Products Association (HCPA) hosted the Pesticide Regulation in 2019 workshop at Crowell & Moring in Washington, D.C. on October 8-10. The workshop educated pesticide company personnel about the regulatory requirements for getting pesticide products and devices onto the market in the U.S.

Jim Jones, Executive Vice President, Strategic Alliances & Industry Relations, HCPA, presented on Tuesday, October 9 about retailer requirements for pesticide products and devices, specifically in Walmart.

There was also a special session about the California Department of Pesticide Regulations’ (DPR) requirements for registering, labeling, promoting, selling, distributing and using pesticide products and devices in California.
