On May 6-8, Nicholas Georges, Senior Director, Scientific & International Affairs, attended the Canadian Consumer Specialty Products Association (CCSPA) Government Interface in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. CCSPA’s Government Interface provided updates on a series of topics, including post-consumer waste, pest management regulatory agency activity, Canada’s Chemicals Management Plan (CMP), HFC regulations, revisions to the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS 2015), and the U.S.-Canada Regulatory Cooperation Council.

Attendees were also able to meet with Ministers of Parliament (MP) and regulators from various Canadian agencies to learn more about the household and commercial products industry.
