On July 11, EPA held a PRIA 3 quarterly meeting to update stakeholders on EPA activities. Resource constraints were a dominant theme, and EPA was pleased to accomplish what they have under the existing constraints. The number of decisions and on-time completion rates remain like previous years, but there has been a noticeable increase in the number of renegotiated due dates for PRIA actions, especially with conventional pesticide products. There is currently a significant number of non-PRIA actions (fast-track amendments and notifications) that are pending or backlogged.
