On September 5, the EPA confirmed early reports that Alexandra Dunn will be nominated to be the Assistant Administrator (AA) for the EPA Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention (OCSPP). Ms. Dunn has a distinguished career as a public servant, serving as the executive director and general counsel for the Environmental Council of the States (ECOS) and, most recently, as the regional administrator for EPA’s Region 1 office in Boston, Massachusetts.
