On January 17, Steve Caldeira, president and CEO, CSPA, joined the Board of Governors of Bryce Harlow Foundation for a three-year term. The Foundation was established in 1981 to promote integrity within the lobbying profession and to increase understanding of its essential role in the development of sound public policy.
