On October 2, Steve Caldeira and Owen Caine met with the Acting Administrator of the EPA, Andrew Wheeler. The meeting was a continuation of active engagement between HCPA and all levels of the EPA. Mr. Wheeler was fully briefed on HCPA’s top priorities within the agency and on the Hill, including PRIA reauthorization, TSCA implementation and EPA Appropriations from Congress.
