On February 25, Owen Caine, Executive Vice President, Government Relations & Public Policy, attended the National Pest Management Association’s (NPMA) Legislative Day 2019. The event was a great opportunity for HCPA to foster relationships with the certified applicator community and gain strategic partners in the fight against burdensome and unnecessary pesticide restrictions and bans.
