Brown, Jones, and Bennett Meet with the Director of California’s Department of Pesticide Regulation

Brain Leahy, Director of California’s Department of Pesticide Regulation (CDPR) met with Tim Brown, Jim Jones, and Dr. Steve Bennett to explore interest in working together on education and outreach associated with occupational uses of antimicrobial cleaning products. CDPR is currently focusing on educating workers in the restaurant, child care and pool care industries. Brown brought the issue to ACE and the Antimicrobial Product Division to explore interest. To date, there is interest on the part of both ACE and the Antimicrobial Product Division to explore opportunities to work with CDPR on education and outreach in this sector.
