On January 15, Allyson Azar, Manager, State Government Relations & Public Policy, reached out to South Dakota’s Department of Agriculture to address members’ concerns about extensive delays in pesticide registrations, especially for Section 3 and 25(b) products. Azar informed the Department that some HCPA members have experienced delays of more than a year, leading to an adverse impact on the public health and safety of South Dakotans. The letter to the South Dakota Department of Agriculture is attached.
