Along with a full schedule at this year’s Annual Meeting, HCPA will be hosting several sessions on legal priorities within the industry.

Sessions topics will include discussions on the role of exposure and risk assessment in responding to Proposition 65, conflicts between Proposition 65 and FIFRA label requirements and how social media interacts with FIFRA.

Sessions will also address recent developments in FIFRA case law and enforcement actions, pesticide tolerance challenges (League of United Latin Am. Citizens v. Wheeler), civil settlements (In the Matter of Amazon Services LLC) and the role of SEPs, and implications of increased maximum penalty amounts in relation to EPA’s penalty policy.
