Allyson Azar serves as the Director, State Government Relations & Public Policy, representing HCPA member company interests before legislatures and regulatory agencies in states in the Western region. Allyson previously worked at the American Chemistry Council, where she spent three years as a manager in State Affairs and Political Mobilization for the Mid-Atlantic region. In addition to state advocacy, her role also included coalition building with allied trade associations, public policy group engagement, and monitoring legislation across all 50 states.
Allyson received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Affairs from Marquette University in 2015.
